How to request refund on debit card unionbank for a cancelled transaction
Sometimes using your EON debit card for payments in some reasons they may cancelled and it well deducted from your account. Here's what I did when i booked in Cebu Pacific and deny my payments. I write a dispute letter.
Sample:
Your Name
Your Address
EON
Attn: UnionBank Branch name
UnionBank Address
Re. Your Bank Account no.
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to dispute a payment error in the amount of P (Amount) on
my account. On (Date of transaction) I pay airline ticket on Cebu Pacific Air and it was cancelled (VSA-CBU AIR - IPSMA (P Pasay PH).
I wish I could have my refund.
Sincerely,
Your Name
Front page scanned of your EON Card
Send to customer_service@unionbankph.com. According to them in 30 days you well be refunded but in my case they refund on the next day after sending the request.
