Best Grilled Low Fat Turkey Burgers New Recipe

(Makes 4 8oz Turkey Burgers)

•1/2 onion, grated
•1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
•1 green apple, cored, peeled, and grated
•4 whole wheat burger buns, split and toasted
•1/2 teaspoon dried sage
•2 cloves of garlic, minced
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•1/8 teaspoon black pepper
•1 1/2 lbs ground turkey

1. Preheat the grill :

Gas:
Direct medium heat,
(350 degrees F)

Charcoal:
Light ash, direct heat, grate should be on tiny setting

Wood:
Direct heat, light ash, 4 - 5 inches deep, grate should be 2 1/2 inches above the fire
